Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the ab44 online betting and casino platform accessible at ab44.io, including all products, services, features, and content offered through the platform. By accessing or using any part of the ab44 platform — whether browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any casino game — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each player may hold only one registered account on the ab44 platform. In such circumstances, ab44 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any balances held therein, including any bonus funds.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ab44 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ab44 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following local payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. 4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction, although ab44 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence measures for large deposit amounts. ab44 does not charge any deposit fees on supported local payment methods. Deposits are credited to your ab44 balance upon confirmed receipt of funds from your payment provider, typically within seconds for mobile banking transfers.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Standard withdrawal requests submitted to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are processed within one to four hours during normal operating hours.

Withdrawals above ৳50,000 may require additional identity verification before processing is completed. ab44 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for large withdrawal requests in accordance with its KYC and anti-money-laundering procedures.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

ab44 is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other form of financial crime. ab44 monitors transaction patterns and reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds deposited into any player account. Any player found to be using the ab44 platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity will have their account permanently closed, all funds forfeited, and the matter reported to appropriate authorities as required by applicable law.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all ab44 bonuses:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on the promotion page for each offer.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds expire if the associated wagering requirements are not met within the stated timeframe. Expired bonus balances are forfeited automatically.

6.3 Event Cancellations and Postponements

If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed before completion and is not re-scheduled to take place within 48 hours of its original start time, all bets placed on that event will be voided and stakes returned to players' accounts. For events that are partially completed (for example, a cricket match interrupted by weather), settlement rules specific to that sport will apply as published in the relevant sport rules section.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account after deduction of any bonus funds and any amounts relating to void or disputed bets will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification. Bonus funds held in a closed account are forfeited in all circumstances.

9.1 Player-Initiated Closure

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ab44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ab44 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

ab44's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their ab44 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

ab44 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Access to the platform may be suspended temporarily without notice for maintenance, system upgrades, or events beyond ab44's reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, internet service interruptions, force majeure events, or regulatory action.

Privacy and Data Protection
